Nobody falls off the list
Filters narrow a board. They never renumber it. The rank stays the game’s rank, and rows past 1,000 keep a blank rank when they come from an alliance list.

A team publishes one formula. Every governor can see why a score moved. Contribution scores stay inside the team.
